My approach

My goal is an optimal and speedy recovery for my patients.

Look globally, Treat locally, Move totally

My approach is based on the simple fact that nothing in your body exists or functions on its own, everything reacts to each other and works together in a beautiful but complicated way. But somewhere along the line it goes wrong and we start experiencing complaints. Why this is, is complicated and more often than not has multiple causes (see bucket metafor) Sometimes with no apparent relation to the complaint. Which is why we need a more holistic form of therapy. One in which bones, joints, muscles, connective tissue (fascia), nerves and organs all over the body, as well as the emotional mind could be involved. Because every body is different and every body reacts differently the treatment needs to be tailored to the indivdual. This needs further explanation. Read more.

The patient comes first

I view each patient as an individual and provide health advice based on individual needs instead of standard protocols. That translates into more time and attention for the patient.

Quality

I am registered with the national KNGF-register and regularly attend courses. This way I keep my knowledge up to date and learn to use the latest evidence-based techniques and best practices.

Easy and quick access

An appointment is quick and easy to schedule. I am accessible by public transport and there are ample, parking facilities nearby.

A pleasant and casual atmosphere

A visit to the physiotherapist should be relaxed and low key. My practice has a pleasant décor, a casual atmosphere and spacious treatment options.
